If the customer has a criminal record or any legal case, please inform us in advance and prepare the following additional documents:
- Final Court Case Certificate (Case Closure Document)
- Court Judgment Document
In cases where the court judgment states that probation is required, the defendant must report to the probation officer, or probation is being monitored, a Probation Certificate must also be provided.
Important Notes:
- For Thai nationals with a criminal record, processing takes longer day from the date all documents are completed and payment is made.
- For individuals with a criminal record, we must check if the documents can be issued in English.
- Each person’s case and court judgment are different, and we must also check with the destination country to ensure that the documents can be issued in English, as international regulations between the Thai government and the destination country vary.
- Customers whose cases were dismissed by the court can have the documents issued in English, as they are not guilty under the law.
* If you have a criminal record, please inform us in advance. If the Royal Thai Police detects a criminal record, documents cannot be issued until all related case documents are submitted.
